The TELS GLOBAL Supplier's Portal has been updated

Dear colleagues and partners!

We would like to inform you that we have updated our Carrier Account (Supplier's Portal). This update offers a significantly improved user interface, as well as better functionality and security. The changes will make communication more efficient when you complete your work tasks.

Key functional and user improvements:

  • Sections can be navigated via a side menu, which can be collapsed into icons to save space.
  • Information in the user profile is organised in the following tabs: ‘Contact Details’, ‘My Companies’, ‘General Settings’, ‘Notifications’, and ‘Access Settings’.
  • To open a document card in a tabular section (e.g. 'Orders', 'Invoices', 'Available Transport', etc.), simply click on the appropriate row. You can use filters to customise the selection of records by several parameters (fields).
  • Document statuses are displayed as intuitive icons. When you hover over an icon, a tooltip appears with a description of the status.
  • The FAQ section provides detailed answers to the most frequently asked questions about the service.

Changes that improve communication efficiency:

  • 'Additional Services' allow carriers to request related services (e.g. insurance).
  • The 'Carrier Card' enables users to upload and approve insurance policies, as well as track the verification process.
  • A new ESG section has been added as a repository for important documentation, including codes of conduct, certificates, and regulations. Users will be able to confirm that they have read the documents.
  • The notification system will provide timely updates on changes to order status, invoices, additional services, document validity periods, and other important events. Indicators for unread messages, notifications, and documents have been added to the ‘Chats’, ‘Notifications’, ‘ESG’, and ‘Company Documents’ sections.
  • The chat messenger feature helps you to keep in touch with responsible employees and discuss orders with them.

To improve security and protect against unauthorised access:

  • Automatic account locking after several failed login attempts has been implemented, with unlocking after a certain period of time or using a code sent by e-mail.
  • To change your password, you will now be asked to enter your current password to confirm your access rights.
  • To confirm the validity of the e-mail address linked to the user account, two-factor authentication now needs to be completed once a month to log in.
