First ISO 9001:2004 certificate was obtained by TELS in 2005. In 2008 was obtained ISO 14001:2004 certificate, which confirms compliance of enterprise’s ecological management system with world quality standards. This year TELS group of companies also passed ISO 9001 re-certification and confirmed it.
TELS passed procedure of these certificates’ compliance annually. In 2011 “Русский Регистр” company carried out an audit of TELS correspondence with two certificates – Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Ecological Management System (ISO 14001).
ISO 9000 standards, accepted in more than 190 countries as national, are applicable to any enterprises, irrespective of their size, type of ownership and activities sphere. Such certificates possession is minimal requirement, necessary for majority of modern organizations to enter market.
