MSC, the major world shipping company, declared the relaunch of Swan service as an independent service that will connect several major Chinese ports with the ports of Benelux and the Baltic Sea. The route will be as follows: Qingdao – Ningbo – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas (Malaysia) – Antwerp – Gdynia – Gdansk – Klaipeda – King Abdullah (Saudi Arabia) – Singapore – Qingdao.
According to MSC, this service provides the fastest transit time between China and Poland and the Baltic states.
The first container carrier will depart from Asia west to Europe on June 9. According to the schedule, the first ships will arrive at the port of Gdynia on July 24 (MSC Calypso) and July 25 (MSC Virginia).
