TELS GLOBAL's structural solutions have stimulated the growth of services in the transport directions between Poland, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, the UK, the Balkans and other European countries.
In November last year, in order to strengthen the work on promising logistic directions, separate structural divisions - Germany Department, Balkan Department, Italy & Great Britain Department and French Department - were established in the structure of the Warsaw office of TELS GLOBAL. In the Czech Republic and Great Britain, TELS GLOBAL offices have already existed for a long time, which ensured interaction with the Polish office units in the organisation of transportations.
The result of the structural changes was the creation of new opportunities in the organisation of logistics chains between European Union countries, optimisation of work with transport companies and increased competitiveness of offers for cargo owners.
Standardisation of key business aspects also contributes to the increase and strengthening of cooperation with customers and partners. High management standards, confirmed by certificates of authoritative audit and rating companies, have been implemented in the company's business:
1. Four ISO certificates:
- Quality Management System - ISO 9001;
- Environmental Management System - ISO 14001;
- Information Security Management System - ISO 27001;
- Secure Supply Chain Management System - ISO 28000.
2. European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) certification - SQAS.
3. High rating (top 25 per cent) in EcoVadis rating (ESG requirements).
High limits of insurance of freight forwarder's liability to customers (2 500 000 euros for each insured event) is an additional factor of risk insurance for customer's business.
