Evaluate, choose, develop! Implementation of competencies model into TELS HR-practice

Active job is being carried out within TELS to implement HR-practice. 

In foreign companies’ managerial practice model of professional competency is considered to be a multipurpose tool for personnel operating. It is eventually oriented to achieve set business goals. In general recognition competency looks like conduct needed for successful activities and efficient work.

Two actions have been held for TELS top managers and HR-managers on 12-13 of March 2012: presentation of the project and training of efficient model utilization. Employees have got acquainted with conception, utilization possibilities, operation plan as well as they have got experience of competencies model utilization for personnel selection with the help of educational measure.
