In July this year, TELS passed the CRS audit (for compliance with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility) again increasing its score by 8 points!
To recap, last year TELS passed the audit on the EcoVadis platform for the first time on the initiative of company’s key customers scoring 56 points at once and receiving the Silver Medal, which is awarded to the TOP 25% of all the companies. It is quite unusual for the new company on the platform to get such rating positions. In 2021, we improved the score, gaining 64 points out of 100.
EcoVadis is an international collaborative platform helping the companies control sustainability performance of suppliers from all over the globe. World’s largest international corporations use EcoVadis tools to perform supplier assessments. About 70% of multinational corporations from 155 countries work with the platform.
Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of company’s sustainable development and covers the following areas:
- environment
- labor and human rights
- business ethics
- sustainable procurement

TELS pays great attention to the issues not directly related to business - environmental campaigns, charity work, support for sports initiatives, targeted assistance. Modern business must understand that it cannot exist outside of society not being involved in solving its problems.
